Fees & Payment

I am an in network provider of Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL (BCBS IL) PPO, Aetna, CIGNA (Evernorth) and United Behavioral Health (Optum UBH).

You are responsible to know your insurance benefits and to pay what your insurance requires at the time of service (e.g., deductible, coinsurance or copay).

Out of network benefits may be available per your insurance.

Self-pay is accepted.

First Intake Session $155 Following 55 mins sessions $135

Services: I provide counseling through telehealth and in person. SimplePractice platform is a HIPAA secure means to have sessions over video. You must be in private, secure location in Illinois. Teleheatlth is not an appropriate for all clients or presenting concerns. Insurances have approved services through telehealth to allow for continuity of care and safety for all.
